In an attempt to alleviate my boredom this weekend, I decided to walk across the Williamsburg Bridge, simply because it’s there. I’ve done the Queensboro, Manhattan, and Brooklyn Bridges, so this was just the next logical choice. It was nice. It had a great view of Midtown and wasn’t crowded at all. The entire walkway was caged in (presumably to keep people from jumping) but the bars were painted a pretty red, which is better than the jailhouse-type bars of the Manhattan Bridge.
